Devblog #1 - Improvements coming to the game


Hello everyone, 

I would like to thanks everyone who played it over the week. I watched every single video and collected important feedback. I really appreciate it. I will be doing some improvements for the next update which I plan to release early next week. Some of the problems the players encounter was that at some point they didn’t know what to do or where to go. they were kind of lost and hopefully the update will improve the experience of the game. 

Let’s discuses some of the changes that are coming which hopefully will address some of the criticism the game had.

  • Journal / Notes / Tasks

I am implementing a system where every time you find some Important thing in the game like a key or a locked Chest or some other puzzle related place and Icon will appear and with pressing J you will give you a small hint on what to do next.


This is work in progress and the graphics are going to change to fit the feel and look of the game. 

  • Better Door Identified Which Key Is Needed

Another problem I seen is usually you didn't know which locked door the key you had picked up a while ago is used.  For that reason, I am adding some kind of Symbol in every door so you don't have to constantly try each door to figure out where the key is used. You just have to remember the key description. 

  • Some Other Quality of Life Improvements
  1. Some other minor improvements and fixes include, Closing the Menus with Escape as well. Before you had to press the button, you open the menu with. For example, you press M to open the map screen you had to press M again to close it. Now you can press Escape as well
  2. I hopefully fixed the Intro and Outro audio and now should be fine.
  3. Few other minor bug fixes that I found.
  4. Improved some of the Events in the game
